Lisa Rinna is opening up about where her daughters, Amelia Gray Hamlin and Delilah Hamlin, stand now after an "uncomfortable" few years. "They weren't [close] for a minute," Rinna, 62, revealed on the Wednesday, December 17, episode of the "Las Culturistas" podcast with hosts Bowen Yang and Matt Rogers. "Those girls can fight, you know. Girls can love and then hate each other." Rinna shares Delilah, 27, and Amelia, 24, with husband Harry Hamlin, whom she's been married to for more than 25 years. "They'll love each other forever," Rinna said of her daughters. "But also, we went through a couple of years [that were] very uncomfortable. But now, they're very close." Hamlin Family Drama Over the Years: Health Issues, Social Media Shade and More Rinna added that Amelia and Delilah are "super supportive of each other in this business," which she admitted "can be very tricky." The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum further reflected on how her and Hamlin's lives have changed since becoming "empty nesters," with both their children out of the house and working in the entertainment world. "We're so proud," Rinna continued. "I mean, listen, that's what we are the most proud of is that I think that whatever we did - because as a parent, you don't know what you're doing. You really don't. You just do the best you can to be there for your children and give them the best upbringing that you can. But I mean, come on, our parents, who knew what they were doing? Seriously, like, we're all lucky to still be alive and be here." Rinna joked that parents "have to figure out what happened to us" before starting a family. "And then God forbid what those poor kids are going to have to go through in their own therapy ... But both of us, Harry and myself, feel that whatever we did - because we really don't know what we did - we turned out some good humans," she said. "Good human beings, kind, compassionate, good girls. And I'm very proud of that." The actress didn't reveal exactly when the tension between her daughters occurred - or why - but both Amelia and Delilah have been candid about facing ups and downs in the public eye. Delilah Belle Hamlin Loves Being Sober After Rehab: 'I Was So Depressed' Following her highly publicized relationship with Scott Disick, which ended in 2021, Amelia shared a candid Instagram post about the lessons she learned that year. "2021... the year of the bleached brow & dreams coming true," she wrote at the time. "The year that i completely lost my sense of self.. not knowing that i would reclaim it even more authentically." She celebrated her career wins, noting that it was "the year that i went to new york and never left." Despite the challenges she faced, Amelia wrote, "Thank u 2021 ... thank you to everyone that made my dreams come true.. u know who u r!!! I LOVE U!!!!!" Amelia has since sparked a romance with Guess Inc. heir Nicolai Marciano, a former classmate of her sister. A source exclusively told Us Weekly in November that Amelia and Marciano, 30, are "excited" about their budding relationship. Lisa Rinna Recalls Almost Strangling Kim Richards During 'RHOBH' Dinner Delilah, meanwhile, has been outspoken about struggles of her own, including chronic health issues and an accidental overdose. Earlier this year, she opened up on her parents' podcast about her sobriety journey and a past rehab stay for depression. "I love being sober. I feel so 'pick me' when I'm like, 'I'm sober,' but whatever," Delilah said in July, recalling that she felt "out of control" with her emotions before getting treatment. "I was so depressed, I was so anxious. It wasn't even me, like, being addicted, it was more so recognizing that I needed more help. I needed to do intense therapy. It was just, like, a self-realization and I just needed help - it was a cry for help. I called you guys one day like, 'Hey, I think I need to go to rehab, I'm not quite sure what that is.'" Delilah said going to rehab was "the best decision of my life," adding, "No one forced me to go. I was like, 'I wanna go.' I'm so lucky that you guys could afford it at the time and help me through it. I love it."
