The difference is so telling... Beloved actor and director Rob Reiner and his wife Michele Singer Reiner were shockingly murdered over the weekend. (c) FayesVision/MEGA/WENN Hours after news dropped of the deaths, POTUS took to his Truth Social platform to rant that the "once very talented movie director and comedy star" died "reportedly due to the anger he caused others through his massive, unyielding, and incurable affliction with a mind crippling disease known as TRUMP DERANGEMENT SYNDROME, sometimes referred to as TDS." Trump, with his obvious paranoia reaching new heights as the Trump Administration surpassed all goals and expectations of greatness, and with the Golden Age of America upon us, perhaps like never before. May Rob and Michele rest in peace!" Trump was widely slammed by critics, including his own supporters, who condemned his "heartless" post. But he still doubled down on his hot take. Now, his comments look even more cruel in comparison to Rob's reaction to Charlie Kirk's murder. As Perezcious readers know, the political activist, who was a big fan of Trump, was shot and killed in September. Trump has been outspoken about such violence against the right. But, evidently, that stops when violence affects someone who was outspoken against him, as the All in the Family actor was. Pointing out the hypocrisy, conservative-leaning Piers Morgan resurfaced an interview with the When Harry Met Sally director in September on his show, Piers Morgan Uncensored, in which the filmmaker commented on the "absolute horror" of the killing. Noting he'd "unfortunately [seen] the video" of the death, Rob expressed: "It's beyond belief what happened to him. That should never happen to anybody. I don't care what your political beliefs are. That's not acceptable. That's not a solution to solving problems."
