So horrific. Rob and Michele Reiner's causes of death have been announced, and it's heartbreaking. Rob and Michele died from "multiple sharp force injuries," the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner announced on Wednesday. The manner of death was ruled a homicide. Their daughter Romy is the one who first discovered the tragedy. Their 32-year-old son Nick has been arrested and charged with two counts of first-degree murder with a special circumstance alleging multiple murders and a special allegation that he used a knife in the crime. Their throats were allegedly slit and they were stabbed all over. TMZ sources have said it looked as if their bodies had been "butchered" by a "mad man." Truly so, so sickening.
