UTA pointed to 105 promotions across 22 departments, including comedy touring, TV literary, creators, music, the KLUTCH Sports Group and business affairs and communications. "Our colleagues have demonstrated an unwavering dedication to our core values - putting clients first, collaborating at the highest level, acting with ambition and integrity, and always looking ahead," UTA CEO David Kramer said in a statement. This is a powerful affirmation of our long-standing commitment to developing talent from within and investing in the next generation of industry leaders," he added. Kramer earlier this year got his own promotion as he took over as CEO of UTA in June 2025 as he succeeded longtime leader Jeremy Zimmer. CAA said it had promoted 13 Elevate trainees to agent or executives: Ally Brzezinski, Becca Clemmons, Oren Davidson, Emily Dunetz,Travis Eller, Leyla Hezar, Michael Hughes, Miranda Hutchinson, Cameron Mulé,Jessica Lee, Maia Paterno, Alex Perel, and Glen Stegman.
