"He's completely anthropomorphized them, to the point that he's convinced the move out of Royal Lodge is going to be hard on them because, as he says, it's their home too," the insider told Heatworld. "It really seems like being forced to move has sent him into a full-on meltdown because he keeps telling people the bears won't cope with the change, it's like he's transferring his own emotions onto them, the way a little kid would." _ Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor's downfall over his friendship with Jeffrey Epstein left him friendless. "It might sound pathetic, but he is in a genuinely pathetic place and the bears, along with his late mother [Queen Elizabeth II]'s corgis, are the only companions he feels he can rely on," the source said. "He's a total loner now, all the social climbers and hangers-on who wanted him for his money and status have vanished." _ Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor is now being forced to pick up the pieces. "Now that it's all gone, he's being brought down to earth. Andrew has never handled solitude well, so it's no surprise he's unraveling," the source said. _ After stripping Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor of his titles, King Charles III also kicked him out of Royal Lodge, where he's resided for decades. The former Duke of York will reportedly be moving to a smaller residence on His Majesty's Norfolk estate in 2026. _ Sarah Ferguson, whom Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor divorced in 1996, also had her titles removed and was forced to leave Royal Lodge over her connection to Jeffrey Epstein. The 66-year-old will reportedly not be moving with her ex-husband when she relocates. _ Along with having his other honors taken, Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor also lost his position as Knight of the Order of the Garter, and his Knight Grand Cross of the Royal Victorian Order was rescinded. Queen Elizabeth II previously took away his military and charity patronages in 2022. In addition, the golf course named after the 65-year-old was rebranded.
