Nick Reiner did not put up a fight when arrested. In shocking footage obtained by the New York Post on Tuesday, Rob and Michele Reiner's son can be seen lingering near a crosswalk in Los Angeles when a cop car pulls up on him. He immediately raises his hand in surrender as more cars appear and cops pile out, holding him at gunpoint. The 32-year-old was pushed to the ground, where he was handcuffed, which was also seen in photos previously posted (and quickly deleted) by the Los Angeles Police Department's Gang and Narcotics Unit. Before the arrest, the Being Charlie screenwriter is seen walking across the gas station's parking lot into the store. He wore a green and black jacket with white stripes, jeans, sneakers, a baseball hat, and had a red backpack over one shoulder. He purchased a Gatorade. He then walked down the street in front of a USC housing building. The police shockingly drive by him - only to turn around about 10 seconds later and surround him. See: Whoa... So hauntingly normal... Nick is currently being held without bail and is reportedly on suicide watch. He's been charged with two counts of first-degree murder for allegedly murdering his parents on Sunday. His first court appearance was supposed to take place on Tuesday, but he was not medically cleared.
