According to documents obtained by Us on Tuesday, December 16, Cartwright, 32, was denied her motion to modify a pre-trial release agreement put in place in Eugene, Oregon, on December 3. The news comes after Us exclusively confirmed on Friday, December 12, that a warrant for her arrest was issued that day after Cartwright allegedly violated the terms of her release following the November 29 incident.
