Nick Reiner will NOT be appearing in court today as expected. After his arrest for allegedly murdering parents Rob and Michele Reiner on Sunday, the 32-year-old was expected to attend his first court hearing on Tuesday. During the meeting, prosecutors would determine whether and how to officially charge him for the killings. But that is not happening. Not yet, anyway. Related: Princess Bride Star Mandy Patinkin Gets So Real Mourning Rob On Tuesday, Nick's defense attorney, Alan Jackson, revealed via TMZ that his client has not been medically cleared for court! Whoa. He has to be medically cleared to be transported, as does any inmate, so without that, the hearing has been delayed. They'll now wait "day by day" for the hearing until Nick is cleared. Nick's reportedly been on suicide watch at Men's Central Jail in LA since his arrest. He's being held without bail. At this time, the attorney has not received any filings from prosecutors, and he doesn't think the court has gotten any either. So, it's just a waiting game. Watch the update (below): Thoughts?
