During an interview with NDTV, Mohit Suri shared how the star couple reacted to the film. When asked about Alia's reaction, Mohit revealed that she saw the movie in the theatre and praised it immensely. "She went to watch it in the theatre. I was inviting her to a trial screening, but she said no, she would watch it in the theatre. After watching it, she praised it a lot.
