Florida authorities have accused a woman of sending an imprisoned sex offender sexually explicit videos of the 13-year-girl he was convicted of abusing in 2023, according to an arrest affidavit obtained by Us Weekly. Taylor Dorsey, 33, is alleged to have emailed the footage to federal prisoner Stephon Anderson, 31, who is currently serving a 16-year sentence for producing child sexual abuse material, according to the arrest affidavit. In the affidavit, the Florida Department of Law Enforcement alleges that the footage Dorsey sent to Anderson featured the very same girl that he had victimized in 2023. Dorsey's actions online triggered an investigation back on September 24, when the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children reached out to the Florida Department of Law Enforcement and revealed someone allegedly using her IP address was uploading the offensives and illegal files. Investigators also allegedly tracked down Dorsey through her phone number and recovery emails, the affidavit explains. During their investigation, the Florida Department of Law Enforcement discovered an unauthorized cell phone someone had smuggled into the prison in Anderson's cell. They later learned he had used it to communicate with Dorsey and receive the footage, according to the affidavit. Ocoee Police had arrested Anderson back in 2023 for lewd or lascivious molestation of a victim 12 years or younger, as well as promoting sexual performance by a child, court documents confirm. Anderson had uploaded a video to X on March 10, 2023, showing the sexual abuse of a child, according to the Federal Bureau of Investigation. A warrant was later served on his home, and authorities recovered a pair of cell phones that were forensically analyzed. The FBI said that Anderson recorded videos of the victim over a period of several weeks. One of the videos involved Anderson engaged in sexually explicit conduct with the child victim while the girl slept, court records confirm. Anderson received 16 years after pleading guilty on September 13, 2023, of producing a video of child sexual abuse. Anderson was also ordered to serve a 10-year term of supervised release and register as a sex offender. Jane Doe Allegedly Bought Diddy a TV for Watching Porn During Freak Offs During a search warrant that was executed at Dorsey's home on Wednesday, December 10, law enforcement officers allegedly asked Dorsey why she had made one of the videos. She allegedly stated that it was for "medical reasons," the affidavit states. Dorsey was arrested and charged with directing or promoting a sexual performance by a child. She is being held in jail without bond. The affidavit does not make it clear how she was able to gain access to the young victim. Dorsey will appear in court next month for the first hearing in her case. It was unclear if Anderson would be facing any additional charges for receiving or possessing the video footage. Us Weekly was unable to track down the name of Dorsey's attorney, assuming she has one.
