Rob Reiner made a chilling prediction in one of his final interviews... On CNN this past September, the legendary director gave one of his final interviews about the entertainment industry and where he saw his career heading in the future. This was in the midst of all the Jimmy Kimmel cancelation controversy, back when ABC temporarily took the nighttime TV host off the air - a subject which Rob had some very strong opinions about! At the time, he spoke to Brianna Keilar about what the "authoritarian" Trump administration: "Control the media, control the message. Make sure that only what we have to say and only what we believe will get out to the public. That goes and flies 180 degrees against the First Amendment of the Constitution." If it does happen...you're not going to be having this program. You're not going to be having someone like me on to talk. It will be state-run media, and that is the basis for authoritarian rule." Wrapping up his thoughts, he left the interview with a chilling statement: "By the way, this may be the last time you ever see me." Whoa... Just three months before he and his wife Michele Singer Reiner would tragically be killed... Obviously he meant in terms of Hollywood publicity, but still, pretty chilling considering what has now occurred. Reactions?
