Video footage obtained by ABC 7 on Sunday showed Crystal and his wife, Janice Crystal, walking down the street near Reiner's home. Janice, 76, could be seen wiping her eyes. A neighbor, meanwhile, told the news outlet that Billy "looked like he was about to cry," while at the house.
