Netflix Comprising four episodes, it contains SO. MANY. WILD. MOMENTS. It's left fans totally shocked and taken aback, prompting some veryyyyyy interesting theories for Volume 2 of the series. Netflix The next three episodes will be released on Netflix on Christmas Day, with the finale arriving on New Year's Eve. Here are some pretty wild theories Stranger Things fans have come up with: Theories were pulled from the subreddit r/StrangerThings. 1. "Today I decided to rewatch Season 5 Volume 1, and a moment in Episode 1 really caught my attention. When Mike is talking to Holly at her school, he is explaining dungeon crawls as somewhere 'he fights monsters, evil wizards, and sorcerers.' Monsters clearly suggest the Demogorgons, evil wizards refer to Vecna, and, as Mike said himself, Will is the Sorcerer. In Episode 4, we also see Will connect to the hive and kill three Demogorgons, and then proceed to wipe his nose. When he does this, he wipes his nose with his arm in the opposite direction to how El does, and I think this is a hint that he is her opposite. I believe the two of them will come to a head, and he will be fighting the rest of the cast as suggested by Mike." -u/Ropesjr Netflix -u/Ropesjr 2. "In season 4, Vecna explains what he saw when El created a gate and banished him to Dimension X. Vecna makes it sound and seem like he is controlling and forming the Mind Flayer to his will. Vecna becomes 'the predator he has always meant to be.' But what if the Mind Flayer just wants Vecna to believe that he is the powerful one? In Season 5 Volume 1, we get the scene of Henry afraid of the caves in his dream world. And later, Vecna tells Will that children are easily broken and weak. Does he say this because, at one point, something happened in the caves that made Vecna feel broken and weak? Something that made him want to become a predator rather than prey? I think the Mind Flayer sensed this about Henry and is letting him think he is in control, using him as a bridge to the overworld of Hawkins." "The Mind Flayer is the final boss, of which we know very little. Henry is just another pawn in the Mind Flayer's schemes. At some point, I think the kids and/or Henry will figure this out. Maybe we will see humanity in Vecna again, before even he turns against the Mind Flayer, or the Mind Flayer destroys Vecna once it has no use for him."-u/JulieChensBob Netflix 3. "This is my prediction for Episode 5. "The definition of 'shock jock' is: A radio personality who says outrageous, offensive, or provocative things to get attention, boost ratings, or stir controversy. In Episode 1, we learn Robin is being held back because the military is monitoring WSQK. Now that the military is dead, she is free to reveal what is truly happening in Hawkins. I believe they use the radio stations to warn the citizens of Hawkins and urge them to evacuate. To stop the evacuation, Vecna sends the Shadow Monster toward WSQK to sabotage the broadcast." -u/Emile_the_rat Netflix 4. "As we know, every time Mr. Clarke teaches in Stranger Things, it always ends up being helpful. And I think it's going to be proven again later in this season. If you look at the title of Episode 7, it's called 'The Bridge.' And if you look back at Episode 3, Mr. Clarke is in class, teaching about wormholes and the Einstein-Rosen bridge. I conducted some research to gain a better understanding, but in theory, it's the concept of a connection between two distinct points in space (or dimension). At one point, when he asks why wormholes are interesting, Erica talks about how such BRIDGES could allow matter to travel between galaxies and dimensions without crossing the space in between. We can already travel through the Upside Down, but we can't pass through the wall. I think this clue and this episode mean this is how they're going to figure out how to get through the wall and reach Henry, somehow, based on Mr. Clarke's theory." -u/Fantastic_Try_9174 Netflix 5. "I just saw Stranger Things: The First Shadow and had an 'aha!' moment from the scene where Vecna says to Will, 'I'm not done with you yet.' This cracked a flood of answers for me to the whole series and many questions I had. The reason the comment from Vecna is so important (I think the Duffer Brothers are giving us a clue to the whole story) is that it shows he has had a plan and a goal all along. Vecna's end goal is to turn or go back to the time before he was affected in the cave by whatever (tool, blood, whatever they were working on, Brenner's dad) he found in there, left by the lab/sci
