To celebrate Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick's sons Mason Disick and Reign Disick's birthdays Dec. 14, the Kardashian matriarch shared a bundle of rarely seen photos of the newly 16-year-old and 11-year-old. "Happy birthday to our birthday twins, my amazing grandsons, Mason and Reign!" Kris wrote in a Dec. 14 Instagram post. "You both have your own unique magic and you make our family so proud just by being who you are. I feel endlessly grateful and blessed to be your grandma and I love you both more than words can say!!" Of course, the 70-year-old also included personal messages to both boys. "Mason, I can't believe you are 16!!! Watching you grow into such a kind, thoughtful, creative, and confident young man has been one of the greatest joys of my life and I'm so proud of you," Kris added. "Reign, you bring so much joy, laughter, and light wherever you go. Kris also included a moment worthy of daughter Kourtney's Christmas card, which sees she and now-husband Travis Barker with their baby Rocky, 2, Mason, Reign and Penelope, as well as Travis' kids Landon Barker, 22 and Alabama Barker, 19, whom he shares with ex Shanna Moakler.
