The Kardashians star continued, "So, if you don't know or you have never had someone with special needs in your life and you don't know what their interests are or what makes them happy, don't comment. "Tristan's mom and I became such good friends," Khloe explained in the July 30 episode of her Khloe in Wonder Land podcast. "I had such a good relationship with Andrea, and I would help her with Amari medically.
