Ray J is not giving up on the lawsuit battle with Kim Kardashian and Kris Jenner! As we previously reported, the reality stars slapped the singer with a defamation lawsuit back in October after he claimed the feds launched a RICO investigation against them - a case that is "worse than Diddy." Ray J is fighting back, though. He filed his own lawsuit against Kim and Kris, alleging that they lied about the origins of the infamous sex tape that launched the SKIMS creator into stardom. Ray claimed the tape was consensual, filmed in 2003, and strategically planned for release in 2006. When it comes to the RICO stuff, the performer explained in the suit that he saw similarities between their alleged dealings with adult film company Vivid, their handling of the contract, and the type of conspiracies that all fall under RICO laws. He doubled down on his claims in new legal documents filed by attorney Howard King and obtained by TMZ on Saturday as he tries to get their lawsuit against him thrown out. According to Ray, the pair allegedly conspired with Vivid to "defraud the public with their fake lawsuit" before the release of the sex tape. He also accused Kim and Kris of committing credit card fraud against his family, racking up an $850,000 bill. Whoa. Furthermore, the One Wish artist alleged they "defrauded" him into signing an agreement that included a requirement banning any mention or public reference to the tape. But after answering questions about it in a June 2024 podcast, they allegedly sent their attorneys to "extort" him. Ray continued: "To me, Kim and Kris have repeatedly engaged in a criminal enterprise and racketeering activity, violating RICO over and over again. I have no doubt about that." In fact, he asked ChatGPT for help and claimed it "entrenched" his beliefs that they are racketeers. Oh, jeez. Not him pulling a Kim and seeking out help from AI when it comes to the law, too. And Ray alleged once again it is "worse" than Diddy, who was accused of sex trafficking and racketeering: "Kim's and Kris' RICO violations are worse than any RICO violations that Diddy is accused of. Kim and Kris have repeatedly and obviously conducted racketeering activity for years, and no one has stopped them." Hmm. At this time, Kim and Kris have not reacted to the latest in the legal drama.
