Ray J is not giving up on the lawsuit battle with Kim Kardashian and Kris Jenner! As we previously reported, the reality stars slapped the singer with a defamation lawsuit back in October after he claimed the feds launched a RICO investigation against them - a case that is "worse than Diddy." Ray J is fighting back, though. He filed his own lawsuit against Kim and Kris, alleging that they lied about the origins of the infamous sex tape that launched the SKIMS creator into stardom. Ray claimed the tape was consensual, filmed in 2003, and strategically planned for release in 2006.
