Zachery Ty Bryan's fiancée is heading back to jail. A warrant for Johnnie Faye Cartwright's arrest was issued by the judge in her Oregon case on Friday, December 12, Us Weekly can exclusively report. A spokesperson for the Lane County Circuit Court confirmed that an affidavit to revoke her monitored release was approved after she allegedly violated terms of her release. According to the affidavit dated Wednesday, December 10, and exclusively obtained by Us, Cartwright "failed to reside at the approved alternate address" she was released to and "admitted to Pretrial Release Officer that they stayed at an unapproved address without prior approval." As Us previously reported, the Home Improvement star's fiancée was released from police custody on December 3 on a "pre-trial release," which came with several conditions, including not communicating with Bryan, per the court documents. She was also required to reside at the approved address or another address approved by Pretrial Services and use an alcohol monitor, the docs read. Both Cartwright and Bryan were arrested on November 29 after an incident in the Fall Creek area of Oregon, in which she was accused of trying to run the actor over in her vehicle. "Deputies learned Zachery Ty Bryan, 44, of Eugene, was in a pickup truck with Johnnie Faye Cartwright, 32, of Eugene, and their three small children. They were driving together in the area." At some point, Bryan got out of the truck and began walking on the road. "Cartwright then attempted to run over Bryan, crashing the truck with the children inside into the ditch," the statement read. "Bryan was able to move out of the way and avoid injury. No one inside the pickup was injured." She was arraigned on December 1 and pleaded not guilty to one count of driving under the influence, two counts of recklessly endangering another person and three counts of reckless driving. Bryan, meanwhile, was arrested for allegedly violating his probation stemming from a prior assault conviction. (He denied the allegations and has since been "cleared," according to People). The former child star was released from custody on Wednesday and is expected back in court for a probation violation hearing on Monday, December 15.
