A source told Us on Thursday, July 31, that Baldoni, 41, is "in the room" for the deposition, which is taking place in New York City. (TMZ was first to report the news.) Lively's deposition was initially scheduled for July 17; however, Us confirmed that the date was postponed to Thursday.
