The Matlock drama is far from over! As we previously reported, David Del Rio was fired from the show after his co-star, Leah Lewis, accused him of sexually assaulting her in her trailer on Paramount property back in October. His character, Billy Martinez, was written off the show afterward. David vehemently denied the allegations, while his wife left a seriously nasty message for Leah online. He also hired high-powered attorney Shawn Holley, but no formal lawsuit has been filed against Leah or CBS yet.
