Don't call or text.by Nora DominickBuzzFeed StaffFacebookPinterestLink This week in Screen Time, I recommend three TV shows you've got to watch this weekend, including Taylor Swift's docuseries, which I had the privilege of screening early alongside Taylor!!! I also share what's all over my FYP, which includes Jennifer Lawrence and Josh Hutcherson returning to The Hunger Games movies, as well as two new trailers that dropped! There's also what we've got going on over on BuzzFeed Celeb's YouTube channel, and I share my favorite TV shows of the year. So, let's get started! And if you're saying, "Hey! I love all of that stuff," then you can get Screen Time delivered directly to your inbox by subscribing here! Here's what the newsletter is covering this week: BuzzFeed Percy Jackson and the Olympians - watch for: A second season that continues to prove this is a perfect adaptation David Bukach / Disney+ Streaming on Disney+; new episodes every WednesdayPercy Jackson finally kicked off its long-awaited second season this week. Adapting Sea of Monsters, the second book in Rick Riordan's series, Percy (Walker Scobell), Annabeth (Leah Sava Jeffries), and a new friend, a cyclops named Tyson (Daniel Diemer) go on a new quest to search for the Golden Fleece, in the hopes of being able to save Camp Half-Blood. And, along the way, Percy hopes to find Grover (Aryan Simhadri), after he's kidnapped while searching for Pan. All of this while Luke (Charlie Bushnell) continues to do Kronos's bidding. If you're a PJO fan, then you know we're finally getting to some of the best stuff. With Season 3 currently in production, this show is only going to continue to get bigger and better. I've already cried just watching the first two episodes of this season - my son, Tyson. I love you, my boy - so I can only imagine how amazing the rest of Season 2 will play out. Listen, I also grew up loving Harry Potter and The Hunger Games, but Percy Jackson is MY favorite childhood book series. So, to see it turned into a very good TV show adaptation - after the disaster of the movies. Sorry, Logan Lerman, I do love you, though - has been one of the greatest things to happen to me. Hal & Harper - watch for: Lili Reinhart and Cooper Raiff's award-worthy performances Mubi Streaming on MubiI devoured this underrated gem of a TV show after all the episodes finally dropped, and it quickly became one of the best shows I watched this year. Filmmaker Cooper Raiff's Hal & Harper tells the story of siblings Hal (Raiff) and Harper (Lili Reinhart), who are just trying to figure out life, and explore how their mother's sudden death when they were children influenced their lives forever. There are many things that make this show special. For starters, Raiff brilliantly has himself and Reinhart play their characters as children to depict how they had to grow up fast. It might sound odd on paper, but in execution, it's so amazing and just proves what a masterful storyteller Raiff is. Then, it's powerhouse performances from Raiff, Reinhart, Mark Ruffalo, and Betty Gilpin that elevated the show to one of the best of the year. If it were up to me, they'd be in the awards season conversation. They portray grief so authentically in a story that feels so human. You can get a free 7-day trial of Mubi through Prime Video. I know I'm out here telling you about a show on yet another streaming service, but I swear it's worth it. Taylor Swift: The End of an Era - watch for: An intimate look at the Eras Tour from none other than Taylor Swift Disney+ / Via youtube.com Streaming on Disney+; new episodes every FridayIt's no secret that Taylor Swift's The Eras Tour was a cultural moment. Spanning 149 shows in 51 cities across the world and covering songs from Swift's entire catalog, it was a concert everyone wanted to be at. And now, Swift is giving fans an insider look at what went into planning and performing The Eras Tour. In the first two episodes, we get to see the start of the tour, the failed terrorist attack at the Vienna shows, and how she returned to the stage afterwards with the shows in London. We also get to see Swift's friendships with choreographer Mandy Moore, her dancers, her band, and more, as the docuseries really emphasizes how this might've been one of the biggest concert events of all time, but it was a real, intimate, family production behind the scenes. I had the honor of attending a special screening of the first two episodes alongside Swift, her family, her band, her dancers, and more. Being in the room with all of the people who dedicated their lives to putting on the best show possible for fans, as they cheered and even cried while watching the two episodes. It's something I will never forget. If you're a Swift fan, I know you already have this one on your calendar, but I
