[Warning: Potentially Triggering Content] There is a new shocking twist in the murder case of Rebecca Park! As we previously reported, the 22-year-old woman was around 38 weeks pregnant when she went missing on November 3 after visiting her mom Cortney Bartholomew's home in Boon Township, Michigan. Her fiancé/baby daddy, Richard Falor, claimed she got into the passenger seat of a dark-colored vehicle at her mother's home around 11:30 p.m. that day, and no one saw or heard from her again. An autopsy made a devastating confirmation - the remains belonged to Rebecca. And what's more? She was no longer pregnant. Her baby was "not present" at the scene of the crime... Police ended up arresting Cortney, along with her husband and Rebecca's stepfather, Bradley Bartholomew, in connection with the murder. According to prosecutor Johanna Carey, the couple stabbed and cut Rebecca's baby out of her womb while she was alive. She didn't survive the horrific attack. Neither did her baby. Carey previously said in court: "Mr. Bartholomew brought Rebecca to their home, [he and Cortney] forced her into another vehicle and took her into the woods where they stabbed her, forced her to lie on the ground while they cut her baby out, and ultimately caused her death and the death of the baby. They then left Rebecca in the woods. ... This is, frankly, evil personified." Cortney and Brad face one count each of first-degree murder, felony murder, torture, conspiracy to commit torture, assault on a pregnant individual causing miscarriage/stillbirth, and conspiracy to commit assault on a pregnant individual causing miscarriage/stillbirth. They were also charged with one count each of unlawful imprisonment and removal of a dead body. And the two weren't the only ones arrested. Rebecca's sister, Kimberly Park, was busted for tampering with evidence, lying to police, and filing a false report. Her fiancé was also arrested on two meth-delivery charges. And as if this tragic case couldn't get sicker, wait until you find out the new details coming out about the family. A series of probable cause affidavits and criminal complaints filed in Michigan court and obtained by People on Tuesday revealed that Kimberly and Cortney told investigators with the Wexford County Sheriff's Office that they both had AFFAIRS with Richard - AKA the fiance/baby daddy! WHAT?! Kimberly allegedly told a detective that she was in a relationship with Richard on November 24 - one day before her sister's body was found. And two days prior, police reached out to her after she claimed to have information about Cortney and Bradley's involvement in Rebecca's murder. She alleged, per the affidavit, Rebecca died from a seizure after being struck on the head by the couple, and they then called a friend to take and dump her body in a swamp. However, investigators soon realized Kimberly lied. They filed those aforementioned charges against her due to the false claim, along with her previous admission to providing false information to protect her lover Richard, who she then alleged was also involved in Rebecca's death. The affidavit stated that following her arrest, Kimberly told cops that Richard confessed to her on November 4 that "he killed Rebecca Park and that he wanted to protect Kimberly by not sharing details with her." She also alleged Richard later told her that "something went wrong while trying to cut the baby out of Rebecca," which led to his arrest on an open murder charge. Investigators ultimately found no evidence to back her claims, though. Instead, Cortney and Bradly were charged with Rebecca's murder. As we mentioned, it apparently wasn't only Kimberly sleeping with Rebecca's partner. Cortney did, too. According to the affidavit, the mom admitted to the affair in an interview with investigators. She said that after Rebecca and Richard broke up, she started dating him. Cortney claimed she was even getting ready to leave Bradley for Richard, but changed her mind. Richard allegedly then got back together with Rebecca. Per the affidavit, Cortney further claimed that following their split, Richard went to her home "with the intention of shooting Bradley" and "raped her forcefully, causing her to have a miscarriage of the baby she was carrying." Authorities wrote that they discovered the mother allegedly sent Rebecca a picture of an $18,000 check on the day she disappeared and informed her that it was an inheritance from her dead grandmother. Is that why Rebecca visited her mom that day? Did Cortney lure her to the home with the check? Police also found texts Cortney sent claiming she gave birth to a son who was hospitalized due to an early delivery, but would be back home soon. A few hours after Rebecca's murder, she then allegedly texted th
