Hilary Swank is in hot water after popping off on a mom of two Make-A-Wish kids. Jada Bafus is sounding off on the Million Dollar Baby actress! Recently, the influencer took to social media to blast Hilary for a less-than-ideal meeting at the Los Angeles International Airport. The Spokane, Washington resident was there with her two "terminally ill" boys Mason and Jack, who both suffer from Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy, when she ran into Hilary: "Last weekend at @flylaxairport I was trying to find my son during his @makeawishamerica trip to @disneyland when @hilaryswank turned around and snapped at me, 'You got what you needed? Get what you came for? Enjoy that picture.'" She continued: "Ma'am... I wasn't taking a picture of you. I was trying to find my 2 terminally ill boys at baggage claim. But thanks for poking at a stressed mom on her kid's Make-A-Wish trip. Iconic timing because she lived here in Spokane years ago! So random!" And I did a double take on her because it's Hillary Swank and I am a fan of her movies and stuff. And then I took my phone out because I got distracted and trying to find my Make-A-Wish kids and my husband. I was trying to call him and I think I just took my phone out [at] the wrong time. She just thought I was taking a picture of her. She was having a bad day. She just said 'I hope you enjoy that picture.' I just looked, like you know, 'I was trying to call my husband. I wasn't taking a picture.' She just stormed off a little bit." Oof. She continued: "It was just the wrong, wrong place one time. It just hurt my feelings because I was starting my son's Make-A-Wish trip, which she wouldn't have known, but just one of those situations where it was one of my first encounters with a celebrity so I thought it was a little comical." They always say don't meet your heroes! Jada continued: "We just don't know what others are going through and I was just a stressed mom trying to navigate LAX." Jada's husband Bryan went on to criticize Hilary, a two-time Oscar winning actress, for being so concerned about having her photo taken: "I think when you're in that type of - I guess that's your job on getting filmed in that type of stuff, I feel like it shouldn't be out of the realm to have your picture taken. And Jada wasn't necessarily taking photos of her, but so to have like, to snap back at anybody when you're in that profession is kind of like work, I don't know - it is what it is. We're not upset at her. We're not trying to get anything from it. It was just kind of like 'oh, look at this, that was crazy right?' It was unexpected at the start of our trip." Jada tagged on: "I did not expect Hilary Swank to directly talk to me. It was just like a 'woah, I was taken back.'" After her Instagram post grew traction, Hilary reached out to her directly to apologize. She was apparently also just thinking about her kids - whom she didn't want being photographed! In 2023, the Boys Don't Cry actress welcomed twins Aya and Ohm and to date has never personally shared photos of their faces online. According to the Bafus family, Hilary kindly asked if there's any help she can offer for Mason and Jack. And now it all seems to be water under the bridge as the Bafus family wishes Hilary no ill will.
