According to New York City police, authorities responded to a 9-1-1 call on Monday, December 8, of a motor vehicle collision involving a pedestrian struck at the intersection of West 53rd Street and Broadway. Further investigation by the NYPD determined that a black 2023 Cadillac XT6 - operated by a 61-year-old male driver - struck a 60-year-old female pedestrian, later identified as Davis. Davis sustained severe trauma to the head and body before being transported to a nearby hospital where she was pronounced dead, police told Us Weekly in a statement. "She had a huge love for New York, for acting, for her colleagues at JFK and, most of all, her family and her circle of friends (which was also huge)," Davis' agent said in a statement to The New York Times. "It was so weird to me, because I felt like she was saying goodbye," Reynoso shared with the publication. "Now that this happened, it all seems so odd to me."
