Former AT&T model and spokesperson Milana Vayntrub has raised over $500,000 for charities just by sharing flirty pictures. On Monday, December 8, Vayntrub, 38, said she had a "crazy idea for an experiment" following the Los Angeles fires that took place in January. "I saw that what people really needed was some cash. So I wondered if you and me could try something ridiculous & team up to help the people affected," the This Is Us actress wrote via Instagram. "So I offered exclusive pics in exchange for donations to a single mom's GoFundMe. You showed up. We raised $170,000. $170K in 4 days." Vayntrub said the money helped single mom Bridget replace "medical equipment, clothing, her car, and secured a full year of housing which allowed for her disabled son to resume in-home medical care." Chris Stapleton and Wife Morgane Donate $1 Million to L.A. Wildfire Relief "Your support allowed her and her kids to regain stability and dignity during a time of crisis," she shared on Monday. "'It wasn't just about the money,' [Bridget] says. 'It was the first time in a long time I felt seen. Like someone actually cared that we were still here, still fighting.'" After the success of using Only Philanthropy - a fundraising platform founded by Vayntrub that is similar to OnlyFans with the purpose of raising money for various causes - to support Bridget, Vayntrub raised another $350,000 in a week to support more L.A. fire victims. "After months of searching for the right partner, we miraculously found MY TRIBE RISE a small but mighty Altadena org helping elderly, disabled, and under-insured survivors rebuild their lives," she told her followers. "They took your generosity and turned it into direct grants for fire survivors. Real money. Real impact. Right where it makes the biggest difference." Vayntrub revealed that Only Philanthropy is the "best thing" she's "ever been part of." "Thank you. Truly," the comedian gushed. "Now my question is: Who else would you like to see do an Only Philanthropy campaign & for what cause? Tag them. Let me know in the comments." Jason Momoa and More Celebrity Activists People took to the comment section to praise Vayntrub's contributions - and suggest other celebrities who could do similar campaigns such as Kat Dennings, Jeff Goldblum, Alyssa Milano, Danielle Fishel and Alexandra Daddario. According to the Only Philanthropy website, the organization believes that "giving should feel good and fundraising could be fun." Jesse Grant/Getty Images for HBO "You give and you get, you know? Only Philanthropy trades exclusive content for real-world impact," the website reads. "We raise money for urgent causes quickly, by offering our generous supporters something a little flirty, a little silly, and with a whole lot of heart. Whether it's helping families after a disaster, supporting women's shelters, or funding grassroots aid projects, fundraising can be less serious and more joyful, while quickly making massive impact." Vayntrub started playing saleswoman Lily Adams in AT&T's commercials in 2013 for four years. After taking a break for some time, Vayntrub reappeared in 2020 - however, she was disgusted to read thousands of comments on her body. "Maybe it just has to do with being a person on the internet, or maybe it's specific to being a woman on the internet. But all of these comments ... it hurts my feelings," she said on Instagram Live at the time. "Let me tell you, I am not consenting to any of this. I do not want any of this. ... I'm hurting and it's bringing up, like, a lot of feelings of sexual assault. I am just walking my dog and getting messages from people who have distorted my pictures to get likes on their accounts." Vayntrub is no longer doing AT&T commercials, but has continued to star in other projects such as 2024's Monster and 2025's Going Dutch.
