The software promised "the power to find, plan, share, live and remember all the things you love to do - and those you're yet to try." The company reportedly received £1M - more than $1.3M - from the British government through research and development tax credits. _ Manuel Fernandez, a close friend of Sarah Ferguson, founded vVoosh. According to an official report as part of the insolvency process, a "breakdown in communication between the current directors/major creditors and the founder, who ceased communication following [his] resignation as a director earlier in the year," prompted the collapse following years of development. The company reportedly owes La Luna Investments, one of the former Duchess of York's companies, £50K (more than $66.5K). Fernandez allegedly needs to pay the organization £324 (more than $431.8K). However, the businessman denied taking funds from the firm. In a statement to The Times, Fernandez said the claim would be "disproven in the course of legal proceedings." _ Sarah Ferguson and Manuel Fernandez were first spotted together in 2014. The two attended Sir Bob Geldof's wedding as a pair but made it clear they were not romantically involved. "Manuel is a wonderful person, but we are just friends. Friends and business partners. I'm the ambassador for his new lifestyle app, vVoosh, which is launching this year," the mother of two told the Daily Mail in 2016. _ The major business blow comes after Sarah Ferguson was completely cut off from royal life due to her relationship with Epstein. In addition, the publication of her children's book, Flora and Fern: Kindness Along the Way, was canceled. _ As Sarah Ferguson figures out how to make money, some believe she's gearing up for a tell-all interview about the royal family. "She needs the cash. It's as simple as that," royal expert Samara Gill told The Sun's YouTube show Royal Exclusive. "Both her and Andrew [Mountbatten-Windsor, her ex-husband] have absolutely nothing to lose at this point. Who knows whose dirty laundry they will then air out? I don't think it'll be their own."
