Announcing their split on Instagram, Alexa wrote, "After much reflection and many heartfelt conversations, we have made the difficult decision to end our marriage. This choice was not made lightly, and it comes with a great deal of care, respect, and appreciation for the time we've shared." Brennon has not publicly commented on the split, but shortly after Alexa's statement was shared, court documents obtained by People revealed that he'd been the one to file to end the marriage a month prior. He also purportedly stated that he and Alexa planned on coming to a written agreement regarding the division of their community property and custody of their daughter. Variety / Getty Images Now, a new court filing obtained by Us Weekly and reported by E! News reveals that Alexa has fired back at Brennon's claims.
