Blake Lively isn't the only woman on the set of It Ends With Us who allegedly had a problem with Justin Baldoni! A female producer did too! New court documents obtained by Us Weekly on Thursday revealed that Blake claimed the 41-year-old filmmaker "fostered a hostile work environment for women," specifically mentioning the mistreatment of a female producer by producer Jamey Heath and him. The docs only refer to the woman as Saks, but IMDB has Alex Saks (pictured above) listed as a producer for It Ends With Us. We assume these allegations involve her. Related: Justin Baldoni Told Blake About Being Circumcised During Meeting At Her Home! The Gossip Girl alum alleged Justin constantly yelled at Saks whenever she spoke: "Baldoni 'consistently' yelled at Saks and exhibited 'rageful yelling or interrupting reactions' when Saks spoke. Saks recounted one time when Baldoni, upset with Saks' input on the film, 'came up behind' where she was sitting and 'yelled and then slammed his hands' on the chair next to her and stormed away." Afterward, per the docs, Saks threatened she would "walk off the movie" if Justin's behavior happened again. And that wasn't the only alleged incident. Saks claimed she saw the Jane The Virgin alum being "very dismissive" to screenwriter Christy Hall, too. Jenny Slate, who played his sister in the movie, also allegedly expressed concerns about Justin and Jamey on set to Saks. Details about what the Parks and Recreation actress complained about were not disclosed in the documents. However, Saks allegedly then reached out to a Sony executive to say that they were experiencing "real issues" on the film, as well as texted that they needed "to replace" Justin as director and restrict Jamey's set access. Whoa... According to the docs, Saks repeatedly asked for an investigation and for their complaints "to be taken seriously," so they could have "a more comfortable work environment for everyone going forward." However, her requests were allegedly ignored. Wayfarer Studios did not conduct an investigation. Us Weekly further reported that Saks even testified in a deposition, where she backed Blake's accusations. Additional documents obtained by the outlet revealed the producer alleged she felt "physically intimidated" for the first time ever during an incident with Justin on set: "It was a very stressful day of shooting because we had a lot of work to do in a short amount of time. He came up behind monitor, where I was sitting... and asked me how I thought the scene was going, and if he was getting it, which I thought he did and also expressed that I didn't believe that he needed more coverage [of the scene]. And then he yelled at me... and then slammed his hands on the director's chair next to me, and walked away. It was the first time I felt physically intimidated." Everyone deserves to feel safe and comfortable on set. This is not OK if true. Saks went on to claim Justin yelled at her during three incidents, including on a Zoom call. She said the actor later "apologized" to her in front of the group. And what else is troubling? She claimed Justin invited the It Ends With Us crew to the Russian baths to relax, which she pointed out is not "appropriate." Saks allegedly voiced her concerns to Jamey about it, and he said he would "talk" to Justin. Jeez. Why would he think taking his work colleagues to the Russian baths is a good idea?
