Tyson Beckford is proof that age is only a number. After more than three decades in the modeling industry, the Kings Court star continues to heat up every screen he appears on. When asked to share his secrets to looking so good - especially shirtless - Beckford, 54, said it's all about a lifestyle. "I still eat the same. I'm a picky eater. I love to work out," he shared in his Us Weekly cover story. "I'm adventurous. If I'm home in Miami, I'm either out on my motorcycle or I'm at the beach or I'm planning with my friends to go skydiving or something. We're always doing something that requires core strength." Beckford also said he doesn't drink alcohol, avoids red meat and follows a strict vegetable diet. As a result, Beckford wasn't afraid to go shirtless when he participated in a photo shoot with photographer Benedict Evans for Us. "I love to eat veggies. I love to snack on carrots and anything healthy," Beckford explained. "I'm always constantly taking care of myself."
