Billy Ray Cyrus slammed a woman's claims that she's Miley Cyrus' biological mother, not Tish Cyrus. According to court documents obtained by Us Weekly, in May, a woman by the name of Jayme Lee alleged that she gave birth to Miley, 33, when she was 12. Lee then claimed she entered into a "private adoption agreement" with Billy Ray, 64, and Tish, 58, but was caused "severe emotional distress" when Billy Ray allegedly "misrepresented the circumstances" of the adoption.
