The Critics Choice Association is ready to celebrate the very best of film and TV in the past year. On Friday, December 5, the nominees for the 2026 Critics Choice Awards were announced, with Sinners leading the film contenders with 17 nominations. Ryan Coogler's vampire movie earned nods in major categories, including Best Picture, Best Director and Best Original Screenplay. As for TV, the psychological crime drama Adolescence earned six nominations, including Best Limited Series.
