Thanksgiving with Kyle Richards and the family was hella awkward for Mauricio Umansky this year, all thanks to those cozy photos of him with a new woman! As everyone enjoyed their turkey and pie on November 27, pictures dropped of the 55-year-old real estate broker getting handsy with a much younger woman on the sidewalk following a dinner at Craig's in West Hollywood the night before. In the pics, Mauricio wraps his arms around the reality star, kisses her cheek, and snuggles his face into her shoulder - all while she leans back into the embrace with a big smile and closed eyes. It's very intimate, and they look very much like a couple. Check out the shots HERE. Mauricio is separated from Kyle, so it is not like he got caught cheating. He did nothing wrong. However, he told Page Six on Wednesday that the pics dropped just as he was sitting down to eat dinner with The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum and their four daughters, which made things super weird that night! He recalled: "That [story] was released during Thanksgiving dinner, which kinda sucked. So we're all having Thanksgiving dinner, and Sophia's like, 'Dad, what the f**k is this?' I'm like, 'What are you talking about?'" Damn. We wonder how Kyle felt about all this... Once Mau realized what had happened, he explained himself to Kyle, Alexia, 29, Sophia, 25, Portia, 17, and Farrah, 37. (CJ's just 34, by the way - younger than Farrah, his step-daughter!) And The Agency founder said the exact thing to Page Six as he did to his family: "CJ's my friend. It's just that simple. The photos look more cozy or more whatever than what the reality is. Like, we're friends." Riiiiiight. Just friends. If you ask us, based on those photos, there is nothing platonic between them! According to Mauricio, he and CJ just left dinner at Craig's and were waiting for an Uber when the paparazzi spotted them: "I think that paparazzi was hiding in the bushes. There was literally nobody around. We were just waiting for her Uber, and I was waiting outside with her. She's just a friend. ... We're just good friends." The businessman brushed off the situation, insisting he is "authentic" and "real." Besides, he is way too busy to even be in a relationship right now. Mauricio continued: "I couldn't even answer that question today. I don't know. Right now, I'm just taking it a day at a time, and I'm enjoying getting to know myself. I'm busy right now! I'm working my butt off. I've never worked harder in my life. We're doing so many different things at The Agency, I'm launching a whole bunch of new businesses, I'm being disruptive in the industry, I've now taken on modeling." Due to his crazy schedule, which involves traveling "more than anybody [he] know[s]," he stressed he "can't even think about a relationship." Well, it hasn't stopped him from dating around so far! On top of all that, Mauricio noted that anyone who comes into his life also has to understand that Kyle is still in his life, no matter what. He expressed that the Halloween actress is his best friend and that they have "the best kids in the world," adding: "We're still in the fam chat, and anybody I date's gonna have to accept that."
