Anushka Sharma is one of the most talented and versatile actresses in modern Bollywood. Born on 1 May 1988 in Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh, she grew up in an army family that valued discipline, strength, and courage. Her father, Colonel Ajay Kumar Sharma, served in the Indian Army, and her mother, Ashima Sharma, is a homemaker. Because of her father's career, Anushka spent her childhood in different cities and studied at Army School in Bangalore. Later, she graduated from Mount Carmel College. Interestingly, Anushka never planned to become an actress at first.
