Amid Sharpe's April 2025 hiatus from First Take and his other sexual assault and battery lawsuit, Evans spoke publicly about her ex in an interview that month. In response to Evans' recent claims, a rep for Sharpe called her allegations "ridiculous and completely without merit" in a statement to The U.S. Sun in April 2025.
