Ruby Kemper, the daughter of Ross and Linda Kemper (who is the heiress of MGM Studios owner Kirk Kerkorian), recently made her debut to society and she let Us Weekly in on how the glamorous night went. Kemper, 20, who was presented at the ultra-exclusive, extravagant Le Bal des Débutantes on Saturday, November 29, told Us that she's dreamed of this day since her older sister, Tess, debuted 10 years ago. "I remember my sister doing it when I was 10 years old. And every single time I would see the ball, every year, I would just dream about what my night would be like," Kemper said.
