Prior to Buffy, Sarah had already made a name for herself on TV with roles on Swans Crossing and All My Children. Thanks to Buffy, she catapulted into pop-culture-icon status, landing roles in films like I Know What You Did Last Summer, Scream 2, Cruel Intentions, and Scooby-Doo during the show's run. (She even cameoed on Sex and the City in a standout 2000 episode.) Alyson also wowed America with her ballroom moves by coming in fifth place on season 32 of Dancing with the Stars in 2023.
