On November 20, the Fletcher Park Owner's Association filed a lawsuit against the exes in a Florida court. Ryan and Kayla own a four-bedroom, three-bathroom, 2,838-square-foot home in Gainesville, Florida, worth an estimated $660,500, which they purchased for $547,700 in January 2021. Per the suit, Ryan and Kayla failed to pay certain fees associated with the home.
