Marc Anthony is gearing up for his first ever residency - an opportunity that has the iconic Puerto Rican singer thinking about his legacy as a father and a performer. "This is a very unique opportunity to offer a show, a concert that the world has never seen before," Anthony exclusively told Us Weekly ahead of his Las Vegas residency, where he will perform at the Fontainebleau Hotel in Las Vegas at the BleauLive on February 13, 14, 15, 20, 21; July 24, 25, 29, 31; and August 1, 2026, with additional dates to be announced. "I have a stadium show. I have an arena show. But this is quite unique in that I get to sing songs I've never performed before, duets, English, the hits [and] interesting arrangements," he continued. "And so all these songs are just specifically designed for the Fontainebleau. And it's the only time ever in history that they'll be able to see this combination of hits. And so [fans] could travel from wherever, and it's going to be just a totally different experience. But nonetheless, No. 1 hits all the No 1s." The "Vivir Mi Vida" singer told Us that the Fountainebleu felt like the perfect venue to host this special experience because it's "best in class." Marc Anthony and Wife Nadia Ferreira Reveal Son's Name on His 1st Birthday "It offers a very, very unique experience all the way around. It's best in class, the best of the best, six stars, the best restaurants, nightlife, the best that a casino or a hotel has to offer that I've seen," Anthony explained. "It's simply the best hotel I've experienced on the Las Vegas Strip ever." Anthony told Us that some of the songs on his set list have never been heard live before, offering fans an extra memorable live experience. "I just finished doing the set list, and I'm so excited to sing these songs that I haven't performed in over 20 years, 30 years that are still hits," Anthony said. "The Fountainebleu really afforded me an opportunity to put together a very, very, very unique show that I'm really excited about, and I think the fans will love it." Anthony balances his successful music career with another full time responsibility: fatherhood. The six-time Latin Grammy Award winner welcomed his seventh child in June 2023, his first with wife Nadia Ferriera, who he wed in January 2023. Anthony shares daughter Ariana, 31, and son Chase, 28, with his ex-girlfriend Debbie Rosado. Anthony married Puerto Rican actress Dayanara Torres in 2000 and they welcomed sons Cristian, 24, and Ryan, 22, in 2001 and 2003 respectively, before separating in 2004. Anthony then married Jennifer Lopez in July 2004 and the couple welcomed twins Maximilian and Emme, 17, four years later. Lopez, 56, and Anthony separated in 2011 and their divorce was finalized three years later. Anthony has been vocal about his love for his family and his children. He told Us that they are always in his mind while he's preparing for a performance. "When you have kids and everything comes with a sense of responsibility, every time I put a show together, I wonder what all my kids would think if they were all sitting there at the same time," Anthony said. "I want them to be proud and I always take that into account, you know, what my kids, if I had all them sitting in the front row, what they would say, that's always in the back of my mind. But everything I've done in my life has been with my family in mind and that's how I've been able to manage, not so much, how I create, if not just the end product, does it represent not only me, but us as a family. So always keep them in mind. I'm looking forward to them seeing the show and going and seeing what Daddy does, so they're ever present." Marc Anthony and Nadia Ferreira Reveal Infant Son's Face for 1st Time The "Contra La Corriente" singer, who has been performing for over 30 years, told Us that all of his music "hit[s] me differently" as he gets older. "I've had a chance to live with [the songs]. They've kept me company for some over 30 years," Anthony said. "Now I could appreciate [them] a little more, because one thing is creating music, and another thing is celebrating music. And my show in Las Vegas, for the first time in my life, I'm looking forward to revisiting all my old friends and these songs are like my old friends that have kept me company over the years. Creating the song is one thing, but performing it live is another. And I'm really, really looking forward to that, to that encounter on stage. When music is born, when you look forward to every song coming up on the set list, it just makes for a different show." Despite receiving many accolades and awards, Anthony said he is not slowing down anytime soon. "I don't stop making music, and I think that the world is going to see that," he told Us. "Not only now, but in the year to come, there's so much more new music to come and transcending genres as well. Just like I said before, the residency really gives me the platform to celebrate what I've done in the past and new music as well.
