Bachelor Nation's Ashley Iaconetti has never been shy - and now she's spilling the tea on which cosmetic procedures she's had. "I love my masseter botox so much," Iaconetti, 37, told cohost Ben Higgins on the Monday, December 1, episode of their "Almost Famous" podcast when the topic of cosmetic surgery came up. "It really creates a totally different face for me." The former Bachelor in Paradise star explained that masseter botox, which is injecting Botox into the masseter muscle of your jaw, makes her look "so much more feminine" and "narrow" around her face.
