Brother Bilaal is once again coming for the Smith family. The former personal assistant and self-described "best friend for nearly 40 years" of Will Smith shocked fans in 2023 when he alleged to have once walked in on the Men in Black star having gay sex with Duane Martin. He alleged on the Unwine with Tasha K podcast: "I opened the door to Duane's dressing room and that's when I saw Duane having anal sex with Will. [...] There was a couch and Will was bent over the couch and Duane was standing up killing him, murderin'. It was murder in there." The claims set forth by Bilaal, whose full name is Bilaal Salaam, were never verified, and Jada informed TMZ shortly after she planned to sue. During a subsequent appearance on The Breakfast Club, she called the rumors surrounding Will's sexuality "ridiculous," and claimed Bilaal went forward with the rumors after a failed attempt at a "money shakedown." "This is a person that tried a shakedown, a money shakedown that didn't work. We're gonna take legal action. Because it's one thing to have your opinion about somebody, versus just making up salacious, malicious stories. So, that's actionable. So we 'gon roll with that." Now, two years later, Brother Bilaal is not backing down. Related: Channing Tatum & Jenna Dewan FINALLY Settle Their Divorce! In new court filings obtained by DailyMail.com, it's revealed Bilaal is suing Jada for $3 million for allegedly inflicting emotional distress on him. In his docs, which were filed in Los Angeles Superior Court, Bilaal claimed that prior to his 2023 claims, Jada rounded up a group of seven other people and cornered him in a Calabasas hotel lobby at Will's 53rd birthday party in 2021. There, she allegedly became "verbally aggressive" and demanded he sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) "or else." However, he claimed he exited the hotel to head for his car, with one of Jada's associates on his trail still dealing "verbal threats." Following the alleged confrontation with Jada's posse, Bilaal claimed he suffered a variety of afflictions, including PTSD, the early onset of high blood-pressure and Type 2 diabetes, and a weight gain of 100 pounds. He also claimed he was "forced into self-exile for nearly two years," which cost him his long-term romantic relationship and the ability to see his kids, according to docs obtained by DM. Following his filing, Bilaal informed the outlet he's "seeking justice for the atrocities committed against me by Will and Jada." He also clarified that while this round of claims targets Jada, he also plans to go after his former best friend Will as well. He alleges he was threatened once again following the infamous 2022 Oscars situation, in which Will slapped host Chris Rock for making a joke about her alopecia. Bilaal said actor Duane Martin reached out asking for help in crisis management, but that he refused because "his conscience would not allow him to be involved in any cover-up or deceptive PR campaign." He claimed Martin threatened him, saying there would be "serious problems with Jada if he refused to help." Following that, Bilaal said he received threats from three of Jada's associates, which escalated when they discovered his plans to release a memoir about his history with the Smiths. Additionally, Bilaal is suing Jada for "intentional infliction of emotional distress" because she denied to TMZ ever seeing Will engage in sexual activity with other men, according to DM. Bilaal claimed her denial was a blatant lie because a video allegedly exists of Will groping Fresh Prince of Bel-Air co-star Alfonso Ribeiro, "including his penis, nipple and buttocks," in front of Jada and their children. WTF?! According to Bilaal, Jada's denial "was a deliberate effort to discredit" him, and implied his previous accusations against Will were "inaccurate, delusional, or fabricated, causing severe public ridicule and loss of credibility." Because of Jada's denial, Bilaal claimed his luxury jewelry brand Bopulent, which was allegedly endorsed by the likes of Snoop Dogg, Viola Davis, Jamie Foxx, and Kevin Hart, went belly up. Following the series of events he described, Bilaal claimed that his tell-all memoir, which eyed a $500,000 payout, had to be canned "out of fear and emotional collapse." Damn. Bilaal further claimed Jada "began a coordinated media smear campaign" with her appearance on The Breakfast Club. According to Bilaal, she "falsely stated" he "had attempted a 'money shakedown' ... suggesting Plaintiff engaged in criminal extortion," according to docs. Nope, we're not done yet! Bilaal also claimed Jada's announcement that she planned to sue him, which she never followed through with, damaged his reputation: "The statement was false, reckless, and made with malicious intent to manipulate public opinion and damage plaintiff's character." Furthermore, and perhaps the most damning, he claimed Jada threatened he he may "end up missing or catch a bullet." YIKES! Bilaal is representing himself in the case, an
