[Warning: Potentially Triggering Content] Zachery Ty Bryan found himself in trouble with the law yet again! But this time, so did his fiancée! According to the Lane County Sheriff's Office on Monday, the Home Improvement alum and Johnnie Faye Cartwright were arrested on Saturday following an incident in the Fall Creek area of Oregon. A Facebook statement said at around 12:30 p.m. that day, deputies "responded to a report of reckless endangering in the area of Big Fall Creek Road milepost 5, a popular camping area northeast of Lowell." Zachery was in a pickup truck with Johnnie and their three children: 3-year-old daughter Kennedy and 2-year-old twins Parker and Sequoia. Police claimed the 44-year-old actor got out of the car and began walking down the road, and Johnnie "then attempted to run over Bryan, crashing the truck with the children inside into the ditch." OMG! Thankfully, everyone involved was OK! Law enforcement confirmed "Bryan was able to move out of the way and avoid injury," and "no one inside the pickup was injured." When deputies interviewed Zachery and Johnnie, they allegedly saw signs that "both were impaired." But if his fiancée tried to run him over, why was he also arrested? Police learned that The Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift star, who has a history of domestic violence, was not supposed to be in contact with Johnnie, so he was "arrested for a probation violation on an original charge of Assault in the 4th Degree." Meanwhile, she "was arrested for Attempted Assault in the 1st Degree, three counts of Recklessly Endangering and DUII." As for their children, they "were placed with a family member." Those poor kids... Court records obtained by People on Tuesday revealed that Johnnie appeared before a judge and pleaded not guilty to one count of driving under the influence, two counts of recklessly endangering another person, and three counts of reckless driving. The judge also granted her a domestic violence-related no-contact order, seemingly stemming from Zachary's arrest over the weekend. However, per records, the assault and two counts of recklessly endangering were "cleared" after appearing in court. She is still in jail. Meanwhile, Zachery's records show he is being held without bail but has a release date for Wednesday. What a scary situation. We're glad everyone involved didn't get hurt.
