Channing Tatum and Jenna Dewan have slammed the door on one of Hollywood's longest divorce sagas - and now we finally know exactly how the dust has settled. After endless filings, accusations, negotiations, delays, and more legal shade than a Real Housewives reunion, the former couple has officially put their marathon split to rest. And yes, the money matters everyone has been whispering about have now been settled, agreed upon, signed off, unearthed, and thrown into the public sphere. Finally! According to the new court documents filed last week and first revealed by Us Weekly on Monday, the exes are done fighting and ready to lock in the terms they initially agreed to last year. Remember, these two tied the knot in 2009, separated in 2018, and were legally single by 2019 - and then their financial unraveling nearly lasted longer than their marriage itself. They've always shared custody of their daughter Everly, which stayed the least dramatic part of this entire saga. But behind the scenes, cash from their Hollywood empires was the real battlefield. Now, we finally know the breakdown. Per the mag, Dewan will receive roughly 50 percent of Tatum's Screen Actors Guild producers' pension plan earnings accumulated during the marriage. So, she's getting a big ol' chunk of his retirement! And in a twist of fairness not always spotted in celebrity splits, Tatum will also receive the same cut of Dewan's SAG producers' pension plan. Considering that both exes have been behind some major projects, this mutual exchange is a surprisingly tidy end to a very messy journey. As Perezcious readers know, Dewan has her producing fingerprints on everything from Devil on My Doorstep to the Step Up television series, while Tatum has been busy building things like the blockbuster Magic Mike franchise, the Jump Street reboots, Blink Twice, and more. Oh, and as you may recall, that Magic Mike world is exactly where the real firestorm came from. Dewan has always believed she helped bring that empire to life and therefore deserved half its profits, which include sequels, a Vegas stage show, an HBO reality series, and a small mountain of licensing deals. Tatum, of course, was not having it. That disagreement escalated into a full-blown legal boxing match. Dewan accused Tatum of withholding financial records, while Tatum fired back through the court that he had done everything possible to settle things without litigation. He complained of countless proposals, mediations, and drafts while accusing Dewan of dragging out the process. Dewan's fiancé, Steve Kazee, and Tatum's producing partner, Steven Soderbergh, even appeared on the witness list. Related: Channing Tatum Calls Out Jax Taylor For Being A Liar!! Here's Why... And just when you thought it couldn't get more heated, Tatum later put his foot down about spousal support. He previously told the court he didn't believe Dewan should get any cash, arguing their marriage wasn't long enough to justify it and pointing out they had been separated for over six years. He also noted Dewan had fully moved on with Kazee - with whom she now shares two children. But after all the back-and-forth, the two have finally reached the finish line. And for a divorce saga that stretched across nearly a decade... that might be the most shocking twist of all. Reactions, y'all? Share 'em (below).
