Hilaria Baldwin shared exactly how she keeps her figure so toned. Baldwin, 41, took to Instagram on Monday, December 1, to share a quick workout routine that can be done at home. "You know the workout I do where I'm on my knees and I go up and down?" she said to the camera. "People like to do parodies of it because it is funny looking - it's actually not mine, I learned it in barre class - but I love it [and] I'm gonna teach you how to do it," Baldwin explained.
