Don't call her Duchess Difficult anymore, she's now Salmonella Sussex! Taking to her Instagram Story on Thursday, the Duchess of Sussex celebrated Thanksgiving by sharing a video of her mixing seasoning into a bowl and rubbing it onto a raw turkey - all with her, well, almost bare hands. The 44-year-old, who wasn't wearing gloves, notably kept her gold wedding band and bracelet on while lathering up the meat! That's a huge safety hazard! Per the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, raw turkey can cause Salmonella, Clostridium perfringens, Campylobacter, and other germs. The juices can contaminate anything it touches. Plus, jewelry can contaminate food as well because bacteria can get stuck in the intricate details. Per the FDA, a plain ring - like a wedding band - is the only bling food workers are allowed to wear. Yeesh!!! It looked like Meg had on more than just her band! And it's one thing for her to take that risk with her family, but according to her newsletter, the As Ever founder was hosting friends as well. Oof. Hope nobody got sick!
