Javier Pavia was jailed on Saturday, November 29, after Vanderbilt faced off against Tennessee at Neyland Stadium in Knoxville for public intoxication, according to a report from Knox News. According to the police report obtained by the outlet, Javier, 25, was repeatedly asked by University of Tennessee staff to lower a flag which was blocking the view of others at the game.
