However, Ryan didn't appreciate the question, and he allegedly lit into Justin - all while their celebrity pals were coming and going from their place. According to People on Thursday, an exhibit in the lawsuit battle revealed Wayfarer Studios co-founder Jamey Heath's team sent an email of a timeline about the drama to Justin's publicist in July 2024. The document stated that the actor went to Blake and Ryan's penthouse in New York City on April 25, 2023. After Justin arrived at the home, the Deadpool star "unloaded" on him about "how horrible it was" that he asked about a woman's weight, and they accused Justin of "fat shaming Blake." The email noted Justin was "completely embarrassed and apologized and even shared some tears." And during all this, Taylor and Hugh allegedly "were also present in the apt at the time." Yikes... This is not the only time Tay got dragged into the issues between Justin and Blake! The Jane the Virgin alum previously tried to despose the pop star, claiming she was part of an ambush to get him to accept the Gossip Girl alum's rewrite of a "pivotal" rooftop scene in the movie. However, Taylor's rep denied she had any involvement in the film beyond "permitting the use of one song, My Tears Ricochet." A source close to Taylor later claimed to TMZ that the singer was told by Blake to come to her home without knowing the circumstances, and that she believes her former friend "timed her meeting" to cross paths with Justin: "Justin was about to leave after the 2-hour meeting as Taylor walked in, and she was introduced to him for the first and only time." The insider also claimed Taylor expressed her excitement about the movie to Justin "because he was her friend's boss" - and that's it. Hmm.
