Owning Manhattan, which premiered in June 2024, focuses on Ryan Serhant, who is a real estate mogul and CEO of real estate company SERHANT. Ryan previously appeared on Bravo's Million Dollar Listing: New York from 2012 to 2021. He then starred in the 2017 spinoffs Sell It Like Serhant and Ryan's Renovation. "I love Bravo. I wouldn't be here without them," Ryan exclusively told Us Weekly in July 2024.
