Taylor Swift couldn't be more grateful that her Eras Tour brought her to fiancé Travis Kelce. "The most meaningful relationship I've ever had started with a man saying he was butthurt that I didn't wanna meet him," Swift, 35, said of Kelce, 36, in a new clip from her upcoming The End of an Era docuseries shared by Taylor Swift Updates via X on Wednesday, November 26. "Greatest surprise of my life," she added. The video also featured Taylor's mom, Andrea Swift, gushing that Kelce "brings a lot of happiness" to her daughter. Additionally, there were clips of Taylor and Kelce sharing kisses and hugs and practicing for Kelce's debut during the "I Can Do It With a Broken Heart" skit at one of Taylor's London shows in June 2024. During a phone call with Taylor in one clip, Kelce told her, "You've got teammates, I've got teammates." Taylor quipped back, "You've got Coach [Andy] Reid, I've got ... my mom." Taylor and Kelce's romance began in the summer of 2023 after the pop star performed her Eras Tour at Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City, Missouri - the home of Kelce's football team. Kelce attended the show and later revealed on his "New Heights" podcast that he had wanted to give Taylor a friendship bracelet with his phone number on it, but he didn't get the chance because she didn't meet with any fans after the show. "It was such a wild romantic gesture to just be like, 'I want to date you!' At first, when I looked at it, I was like, 'This dude didn't get a meet and greet and he's making it everyone's problem,'" she said at the time. "This was more like I was in an '80s John Hughes movie and he was just standing outside of my window with a boombox just being like, 'I want to date you! Do you want to date me!?' So I was like, 'If this guy isn't crazy, which is a big if, this is sort of what I've been writing songs about, what I've been wanting to happen to me since I was a teenager."
