Actor Shilpa Shetty Kundra has filed a petition before the Bombay High Court, seeking legal protection of her personality rights after discovering widespread and unauthorised use of her images, likeness and manipulated visuals across several online platforms. The actor, who has sustained a long, successful career in Bollywood and gained global recognition after winning Big Brother in 2007, is now pushing back against the commercial misuse of her identity.
