Wright, Murder in a Small Town follows a police chief named Karl (Rossif Sutherland) who - along with the help of others, including his girlfriend, Cassandra (Kristin Kreuk) - investigates mysterious murders. The Fox series, which debuted in 2024, is filmed at Gibsons on British Columbia's Sunshine Coast. Murder in a Small Town is based on the same location - with season 2 expanding Karl's turf as police chief to explain all the crime.
