The outlet obtained footage of Reid being assisted by several individuals on Sunday, November 23. The video, which was filmed by an onlooker, showed a visibly dazed Reid being guided into a wheelchair in a hotel lobby. At one point, a man had to hold up Reid while another person held onto the chair. Later in the clip, paramedics arrived and put Reid on a stretcher and into an ambulance. "You don't know who I am. I am famous. I'm an actress," Reid said in the video. Reid rose to fame in the late '90s and early aughts after starring in American Pie. She also appeared in Josie and the Pussycats, Van Wilder, The Big Lebowski, Cruel Intentions and more. Throughout her career, Reid had her fair share of personal ups and downs, struggling with alcohol addiction and completing a 60-day rehab program in 2008. "I didn't like the person I was. I was sad and conflicted. I went there by myself," she said about her decision to seek help in a 2014 interview with In Touch. "I put myself there. It was the greatest decision I ever made. Rehab saved my life." Since then, Reid has gone on to star in the Sharknado franchise. Most recently, she competed on season 2 of Special Forces: World's Toughest Test. The actress didn't make it far on the show, as she withdrew after two days of training. While Reid didn't stay long on the competition series, she said it was a positive experience. "I did enjoy the show," she told TMZ in 2023. "I enjoyed the cast and everything about it. It made me a tougher person, and it really was a great show to be on."
